How
we get our pets--
The
majority of our pets are ones that have been left in the pound,
unpainted, hungry, and often sick. We rescue them from the pound,
feed them, heal them and paint them.
How
do we get so many brushes--
A lot
of our brushes are donated by the great members of our guild
and some people who are not members. We do not use brushes on all of
the pets, most have been painted by the lab ray.
Do you
have to be a member to adopt--
Yes
you do, sorry. However, we do have the pet of the week that non
members can adopt. Check back often because it does change. Below is
a list of the requirements for adoption.
You
must be a member of the guild Adoption Palace, and have earned
points. Each pet for adoption will have a certain amount of points
beside it, to adopt that pet you need the exact amount of points.
Once you use your points to adopt, you do lose them. Example: say
you have 10 points, you adopt a pet that's 6 points. You will only
have 4 points left. To
get points you must be active (posting on the boards, donating,
joining on on raffles and contests). Each week I will post an item,
(on the right of the page) along with the point value of that item,
sending in that item will get you points. Yes, you can send as many
as you like and you send the item to love3t4life2.
You
must have a messenger such as AIM, yahoo, MSN or ICQ to adopt a pet.
I understand a lot of people do not have one and I am sorry. The
reason I require this is because this is how I tell you when the pet
is in the pound for you to pick up. Neomail and email are to slow
for this and the person often misses the pet.
If
your current pets are not healthy or taken care of, chances are high
that I will not allow you to adopt. If you can't take care of the
pets you have, then you can't take care of a new one.
I
ask that you DO NOT put a pet in the pound just to adopt another one
from us. Why give up one just to get another, that defeats what I am
trying to do. If I see you do this I will forever ban you from
adopting a pet from the guild.
If
you continually harass, bother or annoy the foster parents of a pet
that you wish to adopt, I will deny you any adoption rights.
